Conform Asocia\u021biei Sindicatelor din R.F. Odat\u0103 cu plata, angajatorul este obligat s\u0103 \u00eenm\u00e2neze lucr\u0103torului statul de plat\u0103, care trebuie s\u0103 con\u021bin\u0103 cel pu\u021bin urm\u0103toarele informa\u021bii: num\u0103rul de ore lucrate, salariul brut lunar, suma deducerilor pentru impozitele pe venit, alte deduceri (de exemplu pentru cazare \u0219i mas\u0103, avansuri), suma pl\u0103tit\u0103 (salariul net).<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dac\u0103 lucr\u0103torul a convenit cu angajatorul ca \u00eentregul salariu s\u0103 fie pl\u0103tit doar la sf\u00e2r\u0219itul activit\u0103\u021bii sezoniere, lucr\u0103torul trebuie s\u0103 solicite obligatoriu facturile provizorii s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2nale prin WhatsApp sau alte platforme de comunicare \u0219i trebuie s\u0103-\u0219i noteze cu exactitate programul de lucru. \u00cen cazul \u00een care lucr\u0103torul prime\u0219te bani \u00een avans trebuie s\u0103 solicite o chitan\u021b\u0103 cu suma exact\u0103, scris\u0103 inclusiv \u00een cuvinte.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lucr\u0103torii nu trebuie s\u0103 semneze niciodat\u0103 documente, chitan\u021be sau note necompletate sau al c\u0103ror con\u021binut nu \u00eel \u00een\u021beleg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen Germania nu exist\u0103 un contract de munc\u0103 standard, ci o varietate de contracte, \u00eencheiate cu respectarea legisla\u021biei muncii; angajatorii nu pot s\u0103 deroge de la legisla\u021bia muncii, cu excep\u021bia cazurilor \u00een care acord\u0103 drepturi suplimentare \u00een favoarea lucr\u0103torilor.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un contract de munc\u0103 poate fi \u00eencheiat verbal sau \u00een scris. Angajatorul nu e obligat s\u0103 pun\u0103 la dispozi\u021bia lucr\u0103torului un contract de munc\u0103 scris, acesta put\u00e2nd fi definit \u0219i prin ceea ce a fost convenit cu angajatorul verbal sau prin e-mail. \u00cen aceast\u0103 situa\u021bie, angajatorul trebuie s\u0103 pun\u0103 la dispozi\u021bia lucr\u0103torului termenii contractuali esen\u021biali \u00een scris la cel mult o lun\u0103 dup\u0103 angajare.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este preferabil\u0103 \u00eencheierea contractului de munc\u0103 \u00een form\u0103 scris\u0103. Angajatorul ar trebui s\u0103 pun\u0103 la dispozi\u021bia lucr\u0103torului contractul de munc\u0103 redactat \u00eentr-o limb\u0103 pe care acesta o \u00een\u021belege. \u00cen caz contrar, lucr\u0103torul ar trebui s\u0103 dea contractul de munc\u0103 la tradus \u0219i apoi s\u0103 semneze.
